One Tech Engineering is searching for a Compliance Analyst for a position located in Denver, Colorado, or Minneapolis, Minnesota. The Compliance Analyst will support a large, multi-year modernization initiative focused on transforming billing and customer-facing systems.

The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card. The candidate should have 2+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related field.

• Assists with responding to regulatory and discovery-related inquiries.
• Helps evaluate how regulatory, tariff, and legal requirements apply to evolving systems and processes.
• Participates in daily standups and cross-functional project meetings.
• Contributes to work sessions, blueprinting activities, and design workshops.
• Supports discovery efforts and addresses questions from multiple operating groups.
• Conducts research on regulatory and process impacts.
• Assists with documentation and collaboration during implementation phases.

• 2+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related field.
• Experience working within large, complex organizations; utilities experience preferred.
• Understanding of regulatory, legal, and tariff concepts.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Experience supporting large transformation or system implementation projects.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships and engage stakeholders.
• Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce preferred.
• Experience with Confluence and Jira is a plus.

One Tech Engineering is searching for a Benefits Specialist for a position located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The Benefits Specialist provides back-end administrative support related to leave and accommodation requests.

The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card. The candidate should have a few years of relevant HR, benefits, or administrative experience

• Manage and maintain timekeeping systems.
• Administer employee leave by updating statuses and processing transitions in and out of leave.
• Complete and submit required state leave and compliance paperwork.
• Support payroll processing, including lookbacks and payroll close activities.
• Process and track documentation during payroll cycles.
• Compile and analyze employee pay history (including up to five-year lookbacks).
• Manage and respond to shared email inbox inquiries.
• Communicate policies and leave updates to employees via email.
• Maintain accurate data entry and system updates in Workday and UKG.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and state regulations related to leave management.
  
  

• A few years of relevant HR, benefits, or administrative experience.
• Prior experience with leaves, accommodations, or benefits preferred.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience with or ability to learn Workday, UKG, and ServiceNow.
• Foundational knowledge of HR or benefits, especially leave administration.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and manage competing tasks.
• Exposure to statutory leave programs is a plus.
• Familiarity with payroll processes is a plus, but not required.
