One Tech Engineering is searching for a Designer for a position located in Denver, Colorado. The Designer will support small gas regulation station and regulator station projects
The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card. The candidate should have 3 to 5 years of drafting and design experience.
Designer Responsibilities:- Conduct site visits to gather field data and support project execution.
- Develop designs from IFR (Issued for Review) through As-Built stages.
- Produce complete drawing packages for each project phase.
- Create 3D models using CADWorx and convert them into fabrication and as-built drawings.
- Coordinate with engineers and project managers to ensure accurate classifications and bills of materials.
- Own projects end-to-end, from initial design through final documentation.
- Perform drafting and design work, including revisions and updates to drawings.
- Collaborate with engineers, operators, and cross-functional teams.
- Manage and maintain project documentation and drawing records.
- Travel to project sites as needed.
- 3–5 years of drafting and design experience
- Utility industry experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency in CADWorx (preferred) or similar drafting software
- Ability to interpret drawings and translate them into real-world field applications
- Understanding of piping specifications and bills of materials.
- Experience with document control and revision management
- Background in geospatial, construction design, P&ID, architectural, or engineering drafting is a plus.
- SAP experience is a plus.
