The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card. The candidate should have 5+ years of project/program management experience, with 4-5 years of regulatory filings experience.

• Facilitate governance meetings, track deliverables, and provide weekly updates to leadership.
• Gather and incorporate monthly changes from stakeholders to ensure filings are accurate and timely.

• Support regulatory testimony development and writing.

One Tech Engineering is searching for a Buyer for a position located in Wallingford, Connecticut. The Buyer will support the procurement needs and expediting of deliverables for active projects through the project lifecycle from the development of Request for Proposal (RFP) to approved Purchase Order (PO) through field receipt of materials & services and closeout of the project.

Buyer Responsibilities:

• Assist in major materials or services RFP Package preparation including potential development of Pricing Forms, consolidated Scope of Work, Instructions to Bidders, etc.
• Assist with or manage minor material RFPs including soliciting quotes, leveling and making recommendations to purchase.
• Assist with portfolio level demand planning and forecasting for materials & subcontracted services.
• Conduct detailed analysis of various purchasing items including past orders, spend with suppliers, issues or anomalies, process adherence. With analytical mindset, deduce trends or potential improvements based on data available.
• Assist in preparation of Key Performance Indicator reports for quarterly Supplier meetings.
• Assist in the requisition, review & approval, expediting & delivery and return of all materials required for a set of projects.
• Review industry lead times with need dates & make recommendations to Project Team and Scheduling Team for purchase dates.
• Expedite supplier's production schedule and monitor schedules to ensure milestones are being met.
• Update material status reports and other reports related to procurement required by the project team.
• Participate in Project Status meetings and concisely communicate material updates to project team including Project Manager, Engineering, Field Superintendents, Cost Analysts & Project Scheduler.
• Notify project team of potential fabrication or shipment delays.
• Confirm supplier provides timely transportation and lifting plans and communicate these plans to the jobsite.
• Assist with scheduling deliveries at multiple sites.
• Assist the site in identifying and reporting discrepancies to the supplier.
• Assist in obtaining final documentation to facilitate completion of payment milestones.

One Tech Engineering is searching for a Electrical Designer for a position located in Chicago, Illinois. The Electrical Designer will assist on various phases of planning, site evaluations, analytical designs, design documents for proposals, report preparation, specifications, and preparation of construction documentation and electrical plans as part of a project team.

Electrical Designer Responsibilities:

• Design various electrical projects including creating electrical schematics, grid plan layouts, electrical power systems, lighting systems, protection and controls, and site and facility design.
• Follow all company, client and project design and drafting standards.
• Plan and develop drawings for production work including problem analysis, design layout and calculations on non-routine assignments of substantial variety and complexity.
• Execute variety of electrical design assignments using prescribed methods and standard techniques including drawing sequence and presentation, sizing various system components and refining rough sketches.
• Execute changes to designs or sketches and redlines or mark-ups on ongoing projects.
• Analyze reports, drawings and tests to plan and design projects.
• Interpret and incorporate design codes and specifications related to design requirements.
• Review design drawings for quality assurance within scope, budget and schedule.
• Perform project tasks and assignments within budgeted hours and deadlines.

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for processing drawings, RFI submittals and project documentation, coordination on all our new build projects within energy supply’s strategic projects group; new wind farms, solar projects, repowers and other major capital projects.

The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card. The candidate must have 2-4 years’ experience being or working on a construction job site.

• Performing email correspondence, and utilizing OneNote to track the submittals, manage when the due dates are for information to go back to the suppliers.
• Responsible for staying on top of the drawings; routing to a group of people who have them.
• Will be working away from their desk, getting things off the printer to prepare packages to support the substation and transmission groups.

The Department Assistant will provide administrative support for Fabrication and Quality Fabrication to ensure continuity of daily department functions and operations by collaborating to provide and present department information.

The Senior Project Controls Specialist will lead project controls processes and consult with the project management team to ensure client satisfaction.
