The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card. The candidate should have a Bachelor of Engineering degree and previous CAD experience.

• Perform project scoping, engineering design, and cost estimating for new and replacement pipeline assets.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, including 49 CFR Part 192, and internal company standards.
• Provide construction support to ensure safe and efficient project execution.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Operations, and external vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain and update project tracking lists with current status and progress.

One Tech Engineering is searching for a Department Assistant for a position located in Neoga, Illinois. The Department Assistant will provide administrative support for department management to ensure continuity of daily department functions and operations by collaborating to provide and present department information.

• Assist with time entry for field craft payroll weekly.

The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card. The candidate should have a few years of customer service or customer facing experience.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions) and Microsoft 365 Office applications to support billing and reporting tasks.
• Process and track work orders and purchase orders (POs) using SAP.
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with Project Managers (PMs) to ensure timely updates and issue resolution.
• Participate in weekly vendor meetings to coordinate activities and address concerns.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to work orders and purchase orders.
• Collaborate regularly with job runners, PMs, and fellow coordinators to ensure smooth operations.
• Drive resolution of PO and work order issues through proactive research and communication.

• Managing project metrics, including monitoring inactive and missing completes reports, while working closely with project leads to resolve issues, submit extensions, and complete project closeouts.
• Handling SAP-related tasks such as generating WBS elements, and addressing unique project challenges with attention to detail in collaboration with finance, accounting, and supply chain teams.
• Perform primary project controls assignments to support Project Managers.
• Accountable for generating reports, assisting with control activities, responding to data requests and supporting various Metric Reporting resolution.
• Coordinates with Project Managers to obtain necessary information to assist with completing tasks.

• At least 1 year of project support experience.
• College degree preferred.
• Must be proficient with MS office, Excel (pivot tables), Outlook, Teams, etc., meeting set up, etc.
• SAP and MDO experience are nice to have.
