The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card. The candidate will have 5–7 years of engineering and/or project management experience in utility generation, oil and gas refining, manufacturing, or other large industrial environments.

E&C Engineer Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from initiation through planning, design, construction, and closeout, ensuring delivery within approved scope, schedule, and budget.
• Attend Plan of Day (POD) meetings and update project lead sheets and forecasts.
• Coordinate and source contractors, oversee contractor performance and safety compliance, and manage lockout/tagout (LOTO) and other safety processes.

Requirements of the E&C Engineer:

The Senior Civil Engineer will lead civil design project teams to create world class designs for new projects, alterations and redevelopments on a variety of projects including datacenters, power, process, corporate, healthcare, pipeline, airports, institutional, industrial, manufacturing, government and military facilities.
