One Tech Engineering is searching for a Program Manager for a position located in Denver, Colorado. The Program Manager will be responsible for reviewing project documentation, conducting site visits, and ensuring vendor compliance with quality standards.
The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card. The candidate should have at least 5 years’ experience in quality assurance or related roles.
Program Manager Responsibilities:
- Review project quality plans, inspection and test plans, and welding documentation.
- Conduct site walks, field inspections, and vendor surveillance audits to ensure adherence to QA/QC standards and safety requirements.
- Support quality assurance activities for projects ranging from $500K to $100M.
- Collaborate with project managers and project leads to ensure quality program adherence across multiple projects.
- Assist in the development of inspection and testing plans, including scheduling of quality witness and inspection points for fabrication and installation activities.
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or related roles.
- Experience in coal, combined cycle, and simple cycle power plants is preferred.
- Familiarity with rotating equipment, expansion joints, and transformer replacements.
- CWI certification (current or past) is highly beneficial.
- Strong documentation and Microsoft Office skills.
- Willingness to travel for vendor audits and site visits.
