One Tech Engineering is searching for a Project Coordinator for a position located in either Denver, Colorado, or Minneapolis, Minnesota. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for reconciling backlog work orders and ensuring all necessary actions are completed efficiently.
The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card. The candidate should have at least 3 years of related work experience.
Project Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Review and process backlog work orders to ensure accuracy and completion.
- Work through assigned lists, complete tasks, and request additional lists as needed.
- Communicate with coordinators, stakeholders, and team members to resolve issues.
- Track and report progress using Microsoft Excel and other tools.
- Work independently while collaborating with the team as necessary.
- 3+ years of related work experience.
- Experience working in the power or utility industry is a plus.
- Experience with work order management is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, etc.)
- SAP experience is a nice-to-have.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating as needed.
