The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card. The candidate should have 10 years of previous surveying experience.

• Respond to survey requests from various departments and gather accurate data points on property lines, land contours and existing facilities.
• Accountable for the actual field surveying activities.
• Record all survey data via electronic data collectors in the field, which can be downloaded to computers in the office.
• Research land records and identify/resolve physical problems in the field expediently.
• Download survey points from field data collectors to office computers.
• Analyze data to ensure integrity of feature codes and line strings.
• Assist office personnel in completing necessary final documents and/or drawings.
• Communicate with private land survey companies, engineering firms, government agencies, and the general public.
• Maintain strong understanding of survey procedures along with staying current on new technologies & instrumentation.

• 10 years of previous surveying experience.
• Experience in line surveying and utilizing surveying equipment.
• Trimble equipment experience is preferred.
• Must be able to travel.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

• Perform primary project controls assignments to support Project Managers.
• Accountable for generating reports, assisting with control activities, responding to data requests and developing/maintaining/supporting project schedules and/or detailed cost tracking.
• Coordinates with Project Managers to obtain weekly and monthly cost and schedule updates. This includes project financials, the health of the financials, and the project as a whole by submitting monthly forecasts accruals.
• Assist the Project Managers in providing accurate project forecasting and review of expenditures.
• Attend project meetings.

• 5-7 years of experience with cost accounting within the construction, renewables, or oil and gas industry.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in SAP (ECC) is strongly preferred.
• Experience with macros is preferred.
• PMP certification is a nice to have.
• Good communication skills.

One Tech Engineering is searching for a Survey Technician for a position located in Denver, Colorado. The Survey Technician will be responsible for operating AMLD-equipped vehicles to conduct night-time surveys of natural gas systems, ensuring accurate data collection and prompt reporting of any detected gas leaks.

The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card. The candidate should have previous experience in a delivery driving role.

• Operate fleet vehicles equipped with Advanced Mobile Leak Detection (AMLD) technology to survey natural gas systems.
• Follow specific maps to ensure complete and accurate coverage of designated survey areas.
• Conduct surveys during nighttime hours to enhance the detection of potential gas leaks.
• Turn on AMLD equipment, drive to assigned areas, and perform the survey as mapped.
• Accurately and thoroughly collect data during each survey run.
• Relay any alarms to the gas dispatch team, who will take appropriate action.
• After completing the survey, return vehicles to the service center.
• Ensure vehicles are properly plugged in and charged at the end of each shift.

• Previous experience in delivery driving jobs, such as those with Amazon, UPS, or USPS.
• Familiarity with the following routes and maps is essential.
• Experience using navigation software like Google Maps or Apple Maps is beneficial.
• Experience using tablets and specific software applications, including Picaro, AMLD leak survey software, and PQ software.
• Familiarity with driving around the Denver metro area is a plus.

One Tech Engineering is searching for an Electrical Construction Supervisor for a position located near Kit Carson, Colorado. The Electrical Construction Supervisor will oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, including power distribution systems, substations, high voltage systems, low voltage systems, and SCADA systems.

The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card. The candidate should have 5 to 7 years of electrical experience on wind turbine systems, including experience with power distribution systems, high voltage, low voltage, and substations.

• Perform inspections of electrical systems, including wiring, grounding, switchgear, transformers, and control panels.
• Verify compliance with NEC, IEC, IEEE, and project-specific electrical codes and standards.
• Inspect electrical installations for proper terminations, torque values, insulation resistance, and overall workmanship.
• Review and approve electrical work based on project specifications and quality control procedures.
• Conduct visual and functional inspections of electrical components, ensuring proper energization and operational readiness.
• Witness and document electrical testing, including megger testing, high-potential testing, and functional performance testing.

• 5 to 7 years of electrical experience on wind turbine systems, including experience with power distribution systems, high voltage, low voltage, and substations.
• Electrical degree is required.
• Knowledge of OSHA, FERC regulations, and electrical/mechanical codes is required.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Projects and ProjectWise.
• Direct experience with Vestas platforms is preferred.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam is preferred.
• Ability to effectively manage and coordinate activities in the field.
• Strong communication skills.

One Tech Engineering is searching for a Geologist Assistant for a position located in Wichita, Kansas. The Geologist Assistant will assist on a variety of environmental based tasks as required by the project including federal, state, local, and commercial clients. The Geologist Assistant will also be responsible for field sampling, investigations, and report writing.

The candidate must be a US Citizen or a green card holder, the position is not eligible for sponsorship. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s in Geology or Environmental degree and previous internship or consulting experience.

Local candidates preferred or open to relocation. This is not a remote position.

Geologist Assistant Responsibilities:

• Assist with field related activities including logging soils, air monitoring during investigation and remediation activities, installation of groundwater monitoring wells, collection of soil and groundwater samples for laboratory analysis, and collection of soil for physical testing.
• Assist in assessing soil and groundwater data, developing soil and groundwater sampling plans, data compilation for soil, air and groundwater analytical results.
• Assist with proposal and report writing for environmental based projects.
• Assist in coordinating and scheduling subcontractors for field investigation activities and assisting with site remediation planning and implementation.
• Assist in coordinating laboratory analysis appropriate to the proper identification and evaluation of samples.

• Prior internship and/or related consulting experience.

• Basic knowledge of the Unified Soil Classification System. glacial deposits, hydrogeology and ground water sampling.
• Basic knowledge of OSHA, CERCLA and remedial design.

The Designer should have prior design experience and knowledge of CAD drafting and designing. This position will work in the commercial industry designing casework, cabinetry, seating, and interiors.

• Uses AutoCad and other software in the design of custom hospitality projects.
• Designs on specific hospitality industry projects as assigned.
• Makes changes to designs to improve upon design after mocked up in the shop.
• Assists in planning meetings making suggestions for interiors for the hospitality industry.
• Works in the Hospitality industry designing casework/cabinetry, seating and interiors.
• Works closely with estimators and shop floor to ensure high quality products.

• Must have a working knowledge of AutoCad.
• 1-3 years of experience required.
• 1-2 years of millwork experience preferred.
• AAS in Drafting or Design.
• Working experience with different types of materials: wood, metal plastics.
• Previous experience in a millshop, woodshop or cabinet shop preferred.
