One Tech Engineering is searching for a Right of Way Specialist for a position located in Greensburg, Pennsylvania. The Right of Way Specialist will analyze, prepare, review, and interpret Land and Right of Way related agreements, deeds, easements, leases, permits, and licenses.
The candidate must be a US Citizen or a green card holder, the position is not eligible for sponsorship. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field and 4 years’ Right of Way acquisition, relocation, and eminent domain experience, project management and/or real estate experience preferred.
Local candidates preferred or open to relocation. This is not a remote position.
Right of Way Specialist Responsibilities:
- Complete rights and restriction reviews.
- Complete permitting requirements as needed.
- Research and review of real property-related documents.
- Understand and interpret easement agreements.
- Support translation of data from Right of Way documents into the stakeholder management database.
- Complete quality assurance reviews of stakeholder management database entries from Right of Way field agents.
- Compile technical data to be presented to the Right of Way project team.
- Support project managers, design engineers, environmental consultants, GIS mapping specialists, vegetation management team, right-of-way managers, and real estate coordinators as required.
- Attend and participate in public open houses as requested.
- Support Client needs as directed.
- Efficient at working independently as well as in a team environment.
- Oversee a number of projects at once.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field and 4 years of Right of Way acquisition, relocation, and eminent domain experience, project management, and/or real estate experience.
- Or an Associate's Degree and 6 years of relevant experience.
- Or a High School Diploma and 8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in working with spreadsheets and other task tracking software.
- Capable of working with diverse skill sets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Team player focused on Client service.
- Experience with Electric facilities or railroads preferred but not required.
- Well organized and able to simultaneously pursue and track multiple project efforts.
- Experience with Google Earth and familiarity with construction drawings is preferred but not required.
- Designation from the IRWA preferred.
- Valid driver’s license required.
