One Tech Engineering is searching for a Project Manager for a position located in Denver, Colorado. The Project Manager will manage the Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) processes within the department.

 

The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card. The candidate should have 1–3 years of related experience, preferably in utilities, government, or public entities.

 

Project Manager Responsibilities:  
  • Process and approve purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage vendor relationships and communications.
  • Match invoices to purchase orders to ensure proper accounting.
  • Support reporting related to spend, including tracking and differentiating vendor costs across programs.
  • Perform data-driven tasks such as data entry, PR/PO workflow management, and invoice matching.
  • Assist in creating reports analyzing vendor spend and program cost comparisons over time.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Construction Managers.
  • Contribute to a tightly integrated team supporting construction projects, including a developing team of on-site Construction Managers.
Requirements of the Project Manager:
  • 1–3 years of related experience, preferably in utilities, government, or public entities
  • Project management experience is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Experience with data analytics and reporting.
  • Knowledge of purchase orders and purchasing processes.
  • Vendor management experience.
  • Exposure to project management practices.
  • Experience supporting construction projects is a plus.
  • Background in purchasing, planning, or procurement is a plus.
  • PMP certification is a nice to have.
